Privacy Policy
Higher Cloud for iOS. Effective October 21, 2026.
Short version: I don't collect your data. The game has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. If you add your own OpenRouter key and allow live AI when the game asks, your in-game conversation is sent to OpenRouter and the AI company running the model you picked, to generate replies. Nothing is sent before you allow it, and you can turn it off any time in Settings.
What stays on your device
- Your saved game (cash, stock, skills, rank, your character's look).
- Your settings (volume levels, the AI model you picked, and whether you allowed live AI).
- If you add one, your OpenRouter API key. It is stored in the app's private storage on your device and is only used to call OpenRouter.
I never receive any of this. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
What is sent over the network
Nothing, unless you add an OpenRouter API key in Settings and allow live AI. Then the game sends requests to OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) so an AI model can play the customers and, if you use "Ask the AI", design your character. Each request contains:
- the text you type to customers and coworkers, and the conversation so far;
- game context the AI needs to play its part (the shop menu and prices, today's deals, the made-up customer's or coworker's profile, your offers);
- any description you type when asking the AI to design a character;
- your API key, to authenticate with OpenRouter.
It does not include your name, contact details, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos or anything else from your phone. OpenRouter passes the request to the company that runs the model you picked in Settings: Anthropic for the Claude models (the default is Claude Haiku), OpenAI for GPT models, NVIDIA and other providers for the free models, or whichever provider runs a model you enter yourself. If your pick is unavailable, the request goes to one of the free models instead. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies: OpenRouter's privacy policy, Anthropic's privacy policy, and the policy of any other model provider you use. Free models in particular may log prompts. Don't type personal information into the game.
Your permission comes first. Before anything is sent, the game shows what will be shared and with whom, and asks you to allow it. If you choose "Not now", or later turn live AI off in Settings, the game plays offline scripted customers and sends nothing.
The game also contacts OpenRouter once when you tap "Save & Test" to check that your key is valid.
To stop all network use, turn live AI off or remove your key in Settings, or play without one.
What I do not do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No analytics, crash reporting or advertising SDKs.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no sharing or selling of data.
- No access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.
